Mrs. Anu K. Mathew is a licensed Clinical Psychologist with the Rehabilitation Council of India. She has over 3 years of experience in helping people manage a range of mental health concerns. She specializes in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, personality disorders, and neurodevelopmental conditions.
She currently serves as a full-time consultant at ACS Medical College and Hospital and as a part-time consultant at SIMS Hospital.
Her therapy approach is rooted in evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Behavior Therapy. She brings calm, clarity, and compassion to every session.
